Summary[]
Shirayuki and Obi recieve letters from Zen and Kiki updating them on the situation, and letting them know that Kiki has become engaged, which Obi protests claiming that it's ridduculous she's getting married to someone from a different knight's circle. Kiki also asks that they prevent Mitsuhide from growing out his hair, which Obi finds off topic as he wanted more info on the engagement instead of what Mitsuhide is doing with his hair.
The Olin Maris research group completes the creation and testing of their non-toxic cultivar and name it Phostyrias. Shirayuki and Ryuu receive orders regarding their next appointments from Garak. Ryuu questions his maturity while speaking to Kirito, who is of little help, and seems uncomfortable with his new orders which will have him returning to the capitol without Shirayuki who will be working to present Phostyrias to the lords of the north to get approval for planting it along major highways.
