Haruto Wistaria (ハルト・ウィスタリア; Haruto Wisutaria) is the Queen Mother of Clarines. Izana Wistaria and Zen Wistaria are her children, with Izana being the first child and Zen the second child. She was queen consort to the late king Kain Wistaria who was the father of her children.

She has long blonde hair and is seen with pieces of jewelry such as necklaces and earrings. She is seen walking covered in robes. She is of above-average height.

History[]
She married Kain Wistaria and gave birth to their two sons, Izana and Zen. After her husband's death, she became Queen dowager. After she became allergic to the palace, she left for Wilant and took the role of leading the northern part of Clarines, leaving the center and southern parts to her older son, Izana. A few years ago she, Izana and Zakura Shidnote, her retainer at the time, took part in a ceremony held at the Wilant palace.
