Viscount Sisk is a disgraced nobleman who has been stripped of his title and lands, imprisoned and heavily fined leaving his estate penniless. He included his three sons in his criminal enterprises but as his youngest, Mihaya, was not yet old enough to be fully in his father's confidence and plans he was not persecuted like the rest of the family. Mihaya ended up as the Viscount's heir when the Viscounts two elder sons were found guilty and stripped of their noble titles. The status and condition of the former Viscount and his eldest two sons is unknown, and it is unknown if the many charges against them would have been enough to merit an ultimate sentence of execution. His former elaborate and extensive manor house on Mount Koto lies in a derelict state with plant life starting to make its way through the lower windows as his heir was not left with enough money to live on let alone maintain the family estate. The full extent of his involvement and influence within the large criminal underground which runs through Clarines and Tanaburn has yet to be uncovered but he had extensive dealings with the cruel pirate leader and slave trader Umihebi of The Sea's Talon and was invited to Umihebi's very well hidden secret hideaway, which was a fortified mansion above a huge sea cave.
